easy walk responsive service friendly staff
The hotel location is perfect. I walked to the waterfront, and it was an easy trip. The concierge was super helpful. He provided great service and had a great sense of humor. The staff in the bar were amazing too. They served me quickly with a smile. My room on the 24th floor had great views of the port area. The hotel service responded quickly and with efficiency. My room was so clean. I booked it for a premium room. The staff was so friendly. I was able to enjoy every moment. I mentioned to the concierge that I wanted a massage. He remembered and called me to book one! The bar staff and reception were lovely and friendly, too. The staff spoke both languages very well.
The gym only had very small towels.
